Legal / Refunds

Refunds should follow the work actually agreed.

This general policy explains the approach to cancellations and refunds for AdVibe services. A signed proposal, invoice or service agreement may contain more specific terms.

1. Project-specific terms

Because digital marketing, development, design, SEO and automation work can be customised, refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope, payment stage, work already performed and any third-party costs committed for the project.

2. Work already performed

Fees relating to completed work, time already spent, delivered milestones or resources already allocated may be non-refundable to the extent stated in the applicable agreement and permitted by law.

3. Third-party charges

Advertising spend, domain or hosting fees, software subscriptions, platform charges, licences and other third-party costs are generally controlled by the relevant provider and may not be refundable by AdVibe.

4. Cancellation requests

If you want to cancel a project or recurring service, contact AdVibe as soon as possible and include the relevant invoice, proposal or project reference. Any notice period in the applicable agreement will apply.

5. Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount and method will be confirmed in writing. Processing time can depend on the payment method and financial institution.

6. Disputes and errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a payment was duplicated, contact AdVibe promptly so the transaction and project records can be reviewed.

7. Consumer rights

This policy does not remove or limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Contact

Refund and cancellation questions can be sent to contact@advibesydney.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant service or payment.

Refund framework

Tie refund decisions to the agreed work and costs.

Custom digital services can involve completed labour, reserved capacity and third-party expenses, so eligibility depends on the applicable agreement and project stage.

01

Completed work

Work already performed may be non-refundable where permitted and agreed.

02

Third-party costs

Ad spend, licences, hosting and platform charges may be controlled externally.

03

Cancellation

Raise cancellation requests promptly with the relevant project or invoice details.

04

Consumer rights

Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
