Welcome to AdVibe Sydney. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

We provide professional digital marketing and business growth solutions including but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development

• Social Media Marketing
• Brand Identity & Graphic Design

• Email Marketing
• Sales Funnels
• Content Creation
• UI/UX Design

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Grant necessary access to advertising accounts, websites and related platforms.
• Review and approve work within agreed timelines.
• Make payments by the agreed due date.
• Respond to requests promptly to avoid project delays.

3. Payments

Invoices must be paid by the due date. Late payments may result in project delays, service suspension or additional charges where permitted by law.

4. Advertising Platforms

AdVibe Sydney manages campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta and Microsoft. We cannot guarantee ad approval, account reinstatement or platform decisions, as these are controlled by third-party providers.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing results vary depending on competition, industry, audience behaviour, advertising budget and external market conditions. Therefore we do not guarantee:

• First-page Google rankings
• Specific lead or sales numbers
• Revenue growth
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Business profitability

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. AdVibe Sydney reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose sensitive business information without prior written consent unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, AdVibe Sydney's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Outstanding invoices remain payable even after termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
